Start a new highly enjoyable exercise class outside at our beautiful community garden – the Croft. Spending time at the Croft on Queen’s Park recreation ground, surrounded by the abundant raised beds full of fruit and vegetables, gives most people a good feeling about life. Doing 30 minutes of fitness there, is a guaranteed buzz.
South Seeds is running eight weeks of outside fitness sessions at the Croft on Tuesdays at 11am and Wednesdays at 6pm from August 23rd to October 19th. Come and join our experienced and qualified fitness instructor for no more than 30 minutes of shear fun. Each session is suitable for all abilities.
Whether you are a complete beginner or already regularly participating in other fitness sessions, there will be exercises to suit you throughout the session. The sessions will be take place whatever the weather. There is nothing like a hot shower or bath after an outdoor fitness session, so hopefully you don’t live too far from Queen’s Park recreation ground.
There’s no need to book in advance, just come along to the Croft on Tuesdays at 11am or Wednesdays at 6pm.
