South Seeds’ Handyperson has been busy installing energy efficient measures, in residents’ homes. Radiator panels behind radiators on external walls to reflect the heat back in the room, draught proofing strips on wooden windows to make them more airtight or chimney balloons to stop warm air being sucked out of living rooms in winter.
