Why not apply for a raised bed at the Croft through our adpot-a-growing bed scheme? The closing date for expressing an interests is March 7th.

Last year we built a community garden on a disused tennis court next to Queen’s Park Recreation Ground and called it the Croft. It’s a lovely oasis surrounded by trees, there is a firepit for evening gatherings, benches under a wooden gazebo for when it rains and 24 raised growing beds which are part of our adopt-a-bed scheme.

If you woudl like to apply, you need to fill out the expression of interest form. You can email us a copy or post it to our office.

If you would like to know more about the Croft and how growers got on last year have a look at the Govanhill Gazette about the Croft (an 8 page community newspaper we put together) .
