Adopt-a-raised growing bed

Would you like your own raised growing bed and support to learn how to grow vegetables, leafy greens and herbs from April to November this year?

If you would like to be part of this year’s group of growers and apply for one of the 24 raised growing beds at The Croft, our beautiful community garden near Queen’s Park recreation ground, please fill in the application form.

The deadline for submitting the application form is 4pm on Friday 24 March. Group inductions for those who are successful at being allocated a raised bed, will be held on 4, 5 and 7 April.

If you have any questions or would like a paper copy of the application form drop in to our base at 514 Victoria Road.

On Saturday 4 March, The Croft will be open for anyone to visit for a look and to ask questions, between 10am and 12 noon. No need to let us know in advance, just turn up and have a look around and talk to our staff. The Croft can be found behind a gate, just off the main path which runs through Queen’s Park recreation ground.
