South Seeds’ members will hold their Annual General Meeting on Saturday 29 November at 2.30pm at the newly refurbished Changing Rooms on Queen’s Park recreation ground.
At the meeting the public will be invited to look around the Changing Rooms and hear about South Seeds plans for the next year.
At the South Seeds’ members meeting at 3pm, there is a proposal to update clause 4.8 of the constitution to the words… “To promote equality and diversity among people resident in the area in which the organisation operates.”. South Seeds’ constitution can be downloaded from this post.
The members will also adopt the accounts and elect trustees.
Non members are more than welcome to come along to and see the building, experience the space, meet members and staff.
