Croft harvest celebration

South Seeds and Locavore are celebrating the 2018 Croft Harvest on Saturday 22 September, between 1-3pm.

Time to install a clothes pulley?

Now we are moving in to autumn, it is taking longer for clothes to dry. If you live in a Victorian tenement house or flat, the answer is simple, install a pulley which will dry your clothes quicker with the warm air which collects near the ceiling.

Top five tools required for library

We’ve had some fantastic tools donated to the Southside Tool Library so far – thanks to everyone who has donated! However donations of working tools are still needed to make sure there’s enough to meet demand.

Music and BBQ at the Croft

South Seeds is delighted to be hosting Nevis Ensemble, a 40 piece symphony orchestra at the Croft, on Saturday 4 August between 1-3pm.

South Seeds is starting a tool library for the people of the southside – and we need your help! Is your shed or cupboard bulging with tools that you just don’t use anymore?
