Does your bike take up too much space in your flat but you can’t store it in your tenement close? Are you stumbling over it in your hallway or living with it in your living room because you don’t have anywhere else to store it? Is it annoying you because it is in the way?

South Seeds has a variety of nifty bike storage racks to give away for free to residents in Govanhill, Crosshill, Strathbungo, Queen’s Park, East Pollokshields and Mount Florida. They are all designed to hang your bike on a wall in your flat (either by the frame or wheel), freeing up floor space and storing it neatly out of the way in a position you can easily reach.

We also have a handyman service through which you can get your chosen rack installed at an inexpensive rate, so you can have space-efficient and accessible storage for your bike without worrying about whether you have the skills, time and equipment to install it yourself.

We have a limited supply of bike storage racks, so come and visit us at 514 Victoria Road as soon as possible to choose a rack, arrange an installation date and ensure you don’t miss out! The office is open between 9.30am and 4,30 pm weekdays.

South Seeds is able to give the racks away thanks to funding from Glasgow City Council in readiness for the South City Way walking and cycle route from Queen’s Park into the city centre.
