Growing at Govan Docks

An outdoor book club. Next event is Wednesday 8 June between 7 and 9pm at the Croft.

Saturday growing sessions

Come to the Samaritan House garden between 10am and 12 (noon) on any one of the Saturdays between the start of May and the end of October to learn how to grow vegetables and plants.

Croft harvest celebration

Looking for sessional gardeners to join our team

We are looking for confident gardeners, who also have experience of working with people, to join our pool of paid sessional gardeners. We need people who can work between 3 and 8 hours of work per week, over the summer.

Ever wondered how your potato peelings could help change the world? Wonder no more! You can help create compost by taking them, as well as your other vegetable peelings, tea bags, coffee grounds and even cardboard egg boxes, to South Seeds’ brand new composting hub at Queen’s Drive Lane community garden.
