South Seeds is a member of Queen’s Park Working Group (QPWG). QPWG were awarded Area Partnership funding to enable it to commission landscape architects Ironside Farrar to undertake a landscape review and community consultation of Queen’s Park and Recreation Ground.
The outputs of this work, including a community consultation that received over 1,000 responses, is presented in the Phase I which can be accessed in the links on this page along with a report about the consultation, the images to encourage residents to re-imagine the park, and a zonal plan.
QPWG is currently reviewing Phase II of the work which will focus on outline designs, costs and possible funding sources for a variety of enhancements to Queens Park and Recreation Ground that reflect the outputs of the community consultation.
