South Seeds AGM 2024

On Saturday 21 September South Seeds will hold its AGM at the Croft (accessed from Queen’s Park recreation ground) at 10.30am. The meeting is open to the public and we welcome the views of others.

Help clear up the croft and find out more about it

Everyone welcome to the volunteer session on Friday 13th March starting at 11am. For two hours, we will be clearing the ground and tidying up the site. Tea, coffee and biscuits available too.

Join us to celebrate this year’s harvest

Come to Queen’s Drive Lane community garden for a barbeque and opportunity to meet residents involved in building the garden on Tuesday 2nd September at 6.30pm.

Regular summer gardening sessions

South Seeds are running regular sessions throughout the week in the Southside of Glasgow. You don’t have to have any gardening or food growing experience to take part.

Halloween Spooktacular, Tuesday 29th October, 6.30pm

To mark the end of our successful growing season at the community garden at Agnew Lane, we are hosting an event for all volunteer gardeners, as well as anyone who would like to become a volunteer gardener.

Listen In Lights Out, Friday 1st November, 8pm

Fancy Dress Halloween Special at the Bungo. An evening of music by candlelight. Great opportunity to meet SouthSeeders and other southsiders. You can buy tickets on the door, all funds go to supporting South Seeds.
